Frequently asked questions

Is Ghaemi AI a medical device or clinical decision tool?

No. It's an ideation platform — a partner for thinking through cases, taperings, and formulations in Dr. Ghaemi's voice. It is explicitly not a substitute for your clinical judgment or a source of medication decisions.

Can I paste PHI (patient identifiers)?

No. The terms you accept at signup prohibit patient-identifiable information. Use de-identified summaries when discussing a case.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Billing → Manage subscription — it opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.

What's included in the 7-day free trial?

Everything. Consult, workflows, library, agent loop, email-to-AI. You can cancel before day 7 and pay nothing.

Do you offer academic or institutional discounts?

Not yet — pricing is intentionally simple for launch. Reach out via email if you want to discuss group access.

What's the difference between Consult and Workflows?

Consult is open-ended chat over the shared library. Workflows are curated DAGs (Curbside Consult, Deprescribing, Second Look, Document My Reasoning) that turn a case intake into a defensible clinical note in one run.
